1. What is the time frame up until settlement?

There is no exact time limit for settlement and the following factors will affect the length of time:

• time taken for parties to return executed transfer documents
• registration by the Department of Natural Resources can take up to 6 weeks


2. Do you facilitate the resale of timeshare?

We do not participate in the negotiations of timeshare sales nor do we retain lists of timeshare vendors for each of the Resorts we act for. Our role is purely to facilitate the legal transfer of the timeshare.



3. What costs are involved?

The incoming purchaser generally bears the legal costs however this is subject to agreement between the parties. Please note that the above costs are subject to change. Costs for transfers in other states are available upon request.
